I am writing to thank the North Cowichan RCMP, their 911 operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding teamwork in apprehending the thief who broke into our yard late last night I Your monitoring staff detected this ski mask wearing thief as he entered our yard and dispatched the RCMP right away.

Your system is like having a live eye witness on the scene, so the RCMP responded immediately and caught this guy red-handed. The thief was outside our fence line when he was apprehended, and was clever, saying that someone else must have stolen the stuff ... "It was on the ground and I just picked it up". When I arrived on scene, the officers involved were very thorough, and helpful in explaining the situation. The RCMP are using the video evidence your system provided to be able to charge him; which is really satisfying.

We are glad we made the decision to install your system back in 2010. Since that time, we have been transitioning your VERIFIED Audio Intrusion systems and Sonavision Live Monitored Video systems into our buildings and yards across the country.
