I am sending a note to thank the North Cowichan RCMP, their 911 dispatch and your Sonitrol operators for their great work in catching the man who broke into our compound early Sunday morning. Your Sonavision Live Monitored Video system detected this man as he breached our fence line, and your operators dispatched the RCMP immediately. The responding Police officers arrested this many only a few minutes later - with no damage to my property and nothing stolen! The officers were professional, and also very approachable.
