Just a quick note to thank your monitoring staff, Edmonton Police Dispatch and General Duty Officers on a job well done. It has been greatly discouraging over the past 20 years to be reactive in break ins. We are greatly appreciative of the efforts that took place to catch this thief before stealing or vandalizing our property. Running a family business, we take great pride in protecting our company and this has provided our family with great satisfaction in our alarm system and our local police department.
Last night at 8:01 PM, your monitoring staff saw a person walking around our compound and dispatched the Edmonton Police. Officers arrived on site in less than 4 minutes and apprehended this thief prior to him being able to vandalize or steal anything.
