Audio Alarm Alerts Sonitrol to an Electronics Store Robbery

Good Afternoon Mike,

Once again, I am writing to thank the Kelowna RCMP, their 911Operators and your Sonitrol Monitoring Staff for their great work in arresting the thief who broke into our West Kelowna store in the early hours of Sunday morning! Your monitoring staff detected audio sounds of banging at 2:23 AM and dispatched the RCMP immediately, who arrived on the scene and arrested the would be thief.

We have had B&E' s into our store in November of 2016, July of 2017 and again yesterday. Each and every time, your system has detected these intruders before they had even gotten in to our store... and each and every time, the RCMP have successfully apprehended these criminals. WOW!!

Again, THANK YOU to the Kelowna RCMP, their 911 operators and your Sonitrol Monitoring Staff for their terrific work!
