"I just wanted to take a moment and let you know that your staff and service is top notch. We have been in our new office for almost a year now and are very happy with the security Sonitrol provides. The customer service is fantastic. We have had false alarms, problems alarming and disarming, a million addition & deletions of personnel codes and even more questions I am sure. Your staff always are sure to let us know that “it’s OK,” “not to worry,” “they’ll help us through it,” whatever our problem may be. They are very polite, professional and reflect very well on Sonitrol as a whole.
