We have been in our new office for almost a year now and are very happy with the security Sonitrol provides. The customer service is fantastic. We have had false alarms, problems alarming and disarming, a million addition & deletions of personnel codes and even more questions I am sure. Your staff always are sure to let us know that “it’s OK,” “not to worry,” “they’ll help us through it,” whatever our problem may be. They are very polite, professional and reflect very well on Sonitrol as a whole. > >   > > We have shared how we feel about your valued service with many of our internal departments and I have often given them your card and encouraged them to call you to see what Sonitrol can do for them. > >   > > Thank you to everyone for your wonderful assistance. In particular, I would like to thank Robyn at the monitoring office, Chris in your White Rock office and of course, Stewart who comes out and makes whatever we need happen. > >   > > Your team is wonderful and I just wanted to let you know we think that too." > >   > > **Adrienne Coutts**, Office Manager > >   > >   > >   > > [![Commercial Security Experts!](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/325814/335ec160-42df-44cf-82cb-73602fc0cbac.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/325814/335ec160-42df-44cf-82cb-73602fc0cbac) **Tags: ** [Offices, ](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/feedback/topic/offices) [Government](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/feedback/topic/government) ![Joe Wilson](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Website/Images/joe-blog-avatar.png?width=50&height=50&name=joe-blog-avatar.png) Post by [Joe Wilson](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/feedback/author/joe-wilson) Apr 4, 2004 11:34:00 AM We provide our customers with the best commercial security solutions and quality service backed by our unique Guarantee and Commitment to Service.
