Dear Mike,

We took over stewardship of a large retail facility at the start of February and went live with Sonitrol Verified Security at that time.

I am writing to thank the Edmonton Police Department and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding teamwork in apprehending the two thieves who were attempting to gain illegal entry into our store Wednesday April 11th, 2018. Your monitoring staff detected these thieves as they were trying to pry off a security cover plate; then a solid metal door. Your staff dispatched the Edmonton Police immediately, who arrived on the scene and apprehended these thieves before they had even made their way into the store!
