"I just wanted to write you a quick letter to let you know how pleased we are with the video system that you provided at our Abbotsford Tire Showroom and Shop.

 

The owner of our company is a retired RCMP officer, so when we experienced some break-in activity a couple of years ago he told us to "call Sonitrol, their stuff works". We put your Verified active audio system in and our break-ins stopped. I guess the bad guys also know your stuff works!

 

As you know, we were recently concerned with a possible internal theft problem we thought we may have. Your consultants arrived and showed us where and why we should place cameras around our facility. Operationally, we have found great benefit from being able to watch:- Our shipping and receiving activity to confirm over/under shipments.- Our staff to confirm conformance with WCB and our internal standards.- Our customers to confirm damage to vehicles was not caused by our staff.- All activity from our offices, warehouse and shop remotely through the internet - when we are off site.
