Langley RCMP apprehends thieves caught by Sonitrol security system with stolen goods from The Forzani Group Ltd.

"On Sunday night at 11:26 PM, three uneducated thieves attempted to beat our Sonitrol system by throwing a rock through one of our front windows and removing our security bars.

 

Our audio sensors detected these thieves as soon as they broke the window and your operations staff dispatched Langley RCMP who responded promptly and in force. After a car chase, these three thieves were apprehended and the product that had been stolen was recovered!

 

I am hoping that these thieves have now been educated to how Sonitrol works and how police respond to verified Sonitrol alarms.

 

I just wanted to pass on a truly heartfelt thank you for all the hard work, your operators and the RCMP (especially Const. Howard and Vilardi) did to capture these thieves. You made this situation less aggravating from our end."
