Sonavision Helps RCMP Capture Criminals at Trans-Western Electric

Dear Mike,

I am writing to thank the Langley RCMP, their 911 Operators and your Sonitrol monitoring team for their quick and diligent work in apprehending a thief and his suspected accomplice, who broke into our yard early yesterday morning. Your monitoring team detected these thieves within our yard and stayed on the line with the 911 Operators for the few minutes the responding officers were on the way; leading to the apprehension of both. I live nearby and was able to get to the site quick enough to see the RCMP in action.

We installed your Sonavision Live Monitored Video system back in 2010 to protect our product and vehicles from the excessive vandalism and theft that was occurring in our community. Last year, we added 3 more cameras to our system, which extended the coverage in our yard. These additional measures have greatly assisted in providing the RCM P the tools and live verification to confirm a break-­in is in fact in progress and facilitated their quick action.
