"I enjoyed watching the video clip of the VPD dog team apprehending the thief over the weekend at our Broadway construction site. You can see him attempting to avoid capture by hiding in the porta potty and the dog pulling the guys pants right off him. Very entertaining for me; I doubt he found the experience entertaining or enjoyable, and hope that from this point forward he is bright enough to stay away from sites with “Sonitrol” signs.
