Referring to the incident that occurred at our location at 3:33am this morning wherein there was a forced entry to our premises.

 

I would like to commend the diligent and quick actions of both the Sonitrol team and the members attending of the Surrey R.C.M.P. I understand that through your joint actions two suspects have been apprehended in the course of committing a major property theft.

 

Upon viewing the digital recordings and knowing that the intruders were inside of the premises less than two minutes I was extremely impressed with the response time. By the time a member of our staff arrived, Surrey R.C.M.P and their K-9 team were on site and had two in custody.

 

We are pleased to be able to protect our facilities with verified technologies that reduce false alarms and that give the R.C.M.P. the information they require to apprehend criminals in the act.
