Criminals Caught Red Handed at Thermo King Edmonton

Dear Mike,

Please pass along our sincere thank you to the Edmonton Police and their responding officers. At 5:30 AM on October 7/17, our Sonavision Live Monitored Video system immediately picked up on intruder’s breaching our yard from the southeast corner. Your monitoring staff dispatched Edmonton Police right away and worked with 911 operators to direct the responding officers to where this intruder was in our neighbor’s yard. The Police responded in only a few moments and in force – with officers and including the canine unit team … and apprehended these men without incident.

We are thrilled with the response from the Edmonton Police and are very impressed with the teamwork and smooth communication between your monitoring staff, 911 staff and the Police. We want to especially thank the incredible job the canine unit did, please give the dog an extra bone from us!!!
