Criminals Caught On-Site at WESTOWER Communications in Calgary

Dear Mike,

Please send a sincere Thank You to Calgary Police Services, their 911 Operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their coordinated work in arresting the thief who broke into our yard at 2:30 AM this morning.

Your monitoring staff picked up this intruder as he entered our yard from behind one of our trailers. Sonitrol called 911 with this confirmed live video; and the Police were on the scene making an arrest only a few moments later! What a response - outstanding!

This is the 4th letter of recognition we have had the pleasure of writing to Calgary Police Services since we installed your Sonavision Live Monitored Video system in 2010. It's true that when you give the Police the tools they require to confirm a breach - they do respond incredibly quickly. Thank you again to 911 and the Calgary Police for their outstanding work!
