I am writing to send a huge Thank You to the Richmond RCMP, their 911 operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding teamwork in apprehending the thief who broke into our fenced compound and stayed on the line with the RCMP 911 operators for the few minutes the attending officers were en route. Our parent company has been using your services for years with great success and pushed us to get your recommendations when we were moving in... We are very glad we heeded their advice and installed technology that gives the Police real-time confirmation of a breach in progress - information the Police trust and respect - giving them the ability to respond right away to breaches they know are real. Again, a huge Thank You to the Richmond RCMP and their 911 operators for their outstanding work! Yours Sincerely, Erik Bobicki BC Research Bldg 4 - 12920 Mitchell Road, Richmond, BC To read the original Thank You letter from BC Research, please [click here](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/hubfs/PDF_Documents/BCResearch2017.pdf). **Tags: ** [Criminal Apprehension](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/feedback/topic/criminal-apprehension) ![Joe Wilson](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2024%20Website/Images/joe-blog-avatar.png?width=50&height=50&name=joe-blog-avatar.png) Post by [Joe Wilson](https://www.sonitrolwesterncanada.com/feedback/author/joe-wilson) Mar 16, 2017 6:34:54 AM We provide our customers with the best commercial security solutions and quality service backed by our unique Guarantee and Commitment to Service.
