Dear Mike,

I am writing to give a massive thank you to the Burnaby RCMP for their quick response to the break and enter at the Burnaby Hilti Centre!

Shortly before 3:00AM on Monday morning, a thief was pounding away on our roof hatch trying to gain entry to our store to get at our inventory of power tools and commercial hardware.  Your system tripped the moment this thief was on the roof attempting to break in and your monitoring staff sent the RCMP immediately - letting them know that the audio they were hearing was coming from the roof.  The RCMP arrived within minutes and stopped this criminal in his tracks!  The thief was desperate and jumped from our roof to the roof of a neighbouring business and did manage to slip away... but the technology your system uses and the coordinated efforts of your monitoring team and the Burnaby RCMP are top notch and surely save me from a very big loss.

Again, Thank You to the Burnaby RCMP, the 911 operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding work!

Yours sincerely,

Trever Boychuk, Hilti Burnaby
