I am sending a letter to thank the Penticton RCMP, the 911 operators and your Sonitrol operators for their combined efforts in catching the thief who broke into my compound late last night to steal tires.
Shortly after 11:00 PM, a man entered my compound and your Sonavision Live Monitored Video system picked him up immediately. Your staff dispatched the Penticton RCMP right away... and my thief was arrested only a few moments laterl
The ability of your Sonitrol operators to see this breach as it was happening and give the RCMP confirmation was crucial to protecting my inventory and this successful capture.
