Please let Surrey RCMP Dispatchers and District 5 General Duty know that we think they Rule!

 

On Monday Morning at 1:34 AM, an uneducated criminal (newly arrived from Quebec) decided he would attempt to break into our clothing store by cutting a hole in the roof of the empty unit next door to us. His plan was to then cut through the demising wall into our store.

 

Obviously, he did not realize that we had installed audio sensors into this empty unit to protect against such a break-in. The audio sensors tripped as soon as he started to cut the roof and your monitoring staff dispatched Surrey RCMP who apprehended him before he could get a hole started in the wall.

 

Pass our heartfelt thank-you to the RCMP on a job well done.

 

As history, we were brought to Sonitrol many years ago by the RCMP and our Insurance provider after our conventional motion sensor/glass break alarm systems experienced many successful break-ins. Since installing Sonitrol we had not experienced a break-in prior to this attempt. Clearly, most criminals know to stay away from Sonitrol. After his capture and incarceration this one does now!"
