Haebler Construction thanks Sonitrol Western Canada and the Vancouver Police for quick response to theft at construction site

"I wanted to write you a quick note so you could pass our appreciation along to Vancouver Police for their quick response and apprehension of the thief that broke into our site on Thursday morning at 1:43am.

My understanding is that this thief was apprehended while your operators were still on the phone with Ecomm dispatchers. That is remarkably fast service and counters all the negative publicity that criticizes police for poor service. This response and apprehension shows that Police do in fact respond promptly if they know it is a real alarm.

In the past we have utilized guards and in fact they are our first responders on this project, we have never really had a problem with this but we are always open to alternatives. We had never used Verified Sonavision until recently, and were concerned that police would not respond promptly to your dispatches. You and your references said police would and do respond promptly to your calls for service, and this apprehension proves it!

So again, please pass our thanks along to the VPD officers, Ecomm dispatchers and of course your operations staff who detected the thief. "
