Here's a client testimonial from Canadian Tire, thanking Sonitrol staff and the Richmond RCMP for preventing a store robbery. The thief's voice was picked up by the Sonitrol audio alarm and the RCMP dispatched in minutes!

Dear Mike,

I am writing to thank the Richmond RCMP and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their teamwork in apprehending the person who remained in our store and waited for our staff to leave last Friday night.

Your Sonitrol audio system detected this person talking to a partner while going through our store, and your monitoring staff dispatched the Richmond RCMP who were on site in minutes.

We appreciate the RCMP responding so quickly to our confirmed alarm. No other system would have detected this thief until he had broken the door contacts when leaving the store.

Again, a huge Thank You to the Richmond RCMP and the Sonitrol system for protecting our store!

Yours Sincerely,

Terry Sanford
