"I am extremely pleased to, finally, be writing this letter to you. You handed me a book called "The Champagne Gang". I was so entertain and amazed with this book that I have read it four times from cover to cover. My father who now is a retired member of the Edmonton Police Service was impressed with the book also.

 

I do have to apologize for not returning the book in a timely fashion. Every time I would begin to send the book back, other loss prevention colleagues asked me if they could read it. As now, I am sure that virtually every loss prevention person in the city has read this fantastic book.

 

From our very first meeting I was impressed with you, your company, and what Sonitrol has to offer. In the GTA we have a couple of stores with Sonitrol equipment installed. I will endeavour to persuade my superiors to embrace this technology for all of out stores."
