Dear Mike,

I am writing to thank the Surrey RCMP and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding teamwork in apprehending the thief who broke into our construction site late Sunday night. We have been using your Sonavision Live Monitored Video to protect our sites since 2010; but on Sunday it was your audio system that went into alarm first - as this thief was trying to break the locks off of our Seacan and get at our tools. Your staff could hear this intruder long before he got in ... RCMP were dispatched, and this thief was apprehended on-site with no loss to us!

Once again, please pass a sincere Thank You to the Surrey RCMP, their 911 operators and your staff for their great work in protecting our site.
