Delta Police Respond To Sonitrol Alarm and Arrest Thief

Dear Mike,

I am writing to thank the Delta Police Department and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their great work in catching the thief who broke into our Ladner Head Office site just after 3:00 AM this morning! Your monitoring staff detected this thief immediately as he entered our yard and dispatched the Police right away. Delta Police were on-site within just a few minutes and arrested this thief without incident.

Your Sonavision system gave your monitoring staff and us some terrific streaming video of this thief pillaging our chainsaws and power tools. We are glad we made the decision in 2014 to protect both our Ladner and Tilbury facilities with your Verified Sonavision Live Monitored Video and Verified Audio Intrusion systems. Prior to using your services, we had a litany of false alarms with our conventional alarm companies; with the final straw being an undetected break-in where we lost thousands of dollars in tools and machines. The silver lining in that B&E was that the dummies who ripped us off that night, had all of our equipment up for sale on Craigslist the next morning. Delta Police "bought" a few of the items that morning, then swept in and arrested those thieves when they went to "complete the transaction." We got everything back. One of the officers who was involved in that sting suggested that we look into Sonitrol and their ability to confirm alarms... and as they say, the rest is history!
