Officers respond quickly to Sonitrol security alarm detected break-in at Allteck, stopping crime in progress

"I am sure our break-in experiences are similar to other companies that store equipment, wire and materials in their compounds. Prior to Sonitrol, it seemed like weekly we would have an intrusion into our compound. These thieves were not deterred by our barbed wire topped fencing, alarm beams or guards who slept through the break-ins.

 

Recently, we installed your verified Sonavision in our Burnaby equipment compound and within a few days of this installation going live your monitoring staff viewed four thieves breeching our compound through our rear fence. The RCMP were called, and due to your verified technology relationship… they had two marked cruisers and a K-9 unit on site in minutes. These two criminals were apprehended in our compound before they had a chance to begin stealing anything.

 

The responding officers told us they always respond promptly to Sonitrol as your alarms are always real and give them a chance to catch these thieves. They also said catching these thieves is really the only way to deter continued break-ins.
