Please send our sincere thanks to the Sherwood Park RCMP, 911 and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their great work in catching and arresting the thief that broke into our tire compound just before 4:00 AM yesterday morning! Your monitoring personnel detected this thief as he entered the northwest area of our yard, dispatched RCMP immediately and stayed on the line with 911 until the officers arrested the thief.

We installed your Sonavision Live Monitored Video system back in 2012 to protect our tire compound from thieves who will cut our fences and steal our tires. The RCMP have always responded very quickly to our alarms because they know that our break-in is "real" and truly want to catch these guys! The fact that your monitoring staff stay on the line with 911 and help direct the RCMP to where these thieves are is a testament tot he system we have and your relationship with the Police.

In 2013, the RCMP responded with multiple units and a Police helicopter to make multiple arrests at our site. In 2015, we wrote and thanked the RCMP on 2 separate occasions for their great response to our site and capture of thieves that your system detected. Please tell them again how pleased we are with their work and your system.
