Surrey RCMP responds in minutes to break-in at Publisher's office using Sonitrol's intrusion security system
"The RCMP referred us to your company two years ago, after experiencing repeat false alarms and break-ins with our conventional alarm provider.
As you promised, on installation of your Sonitrol intrusion system our false alarms and break-ins ceased.
I write you this letter to let you know what happened a few weeks ago. On two back-to-back Monday nights, we experienced break-ins through our security barred windows and interior walls.
In both break-ins, your system detected the break-in as soon as the perps initiated entry to our facility. Your central station staff immediately dispatched the Surrey RCMP who responded in minutes with 4 marked cars and a K9 unit. Your system was able to direct the RCMP to where the perps were hiding in our second floor office ceiling. This prompt detection and police response resulted in the capture of 2 different criminals.
The result of these two break-ins supports what you and the police told us when we switched to Sonitrol. The police will respond to alarms if they know they are real. They really do want to apprehend criminals. Unfortunately they simply cannot respond to conventional alarms that have a 98% false alarm rate.
Simply stated, when purchasing an alarm system, I would recommend getting a system that deters, detects, verifies, receives a police response and captures criminals ... SONITROL.
Please thank your staff and the RCMP for their combined actions."
