The Crossing Film Studio recognizes Sonitrol's excellent customer service for their security system

"Although we have had the Sonitrol system in our film studios for 3 years, The Crossing Studios has just recently taken over responsibility for the key fob system.

 

As a film studio, security is a major issue for our clients and us. When I “tour” prospective productions, one of the main things I stress is the Sonitrol system as one of our levels of protection. It is a huge plus that entry is monitored and recorded and that the fobs can be cancelled remotely should a crewmember be terminated for any reason. Also, with over 75 keys for internal areas of the complex, re-keying after each production would be prohibitively expensive and time-consuming.

 

However, even a very good security system is only as good as the people who service it and the customer. I am very impressed with the two individuals I dealt with on a regular basis: Robin Trout and Sholome Johnston. Sholome replies to queries or requests for additional fobs quickly and courteously.

 

Robin handles all my email requests for activations and access designations promptly and professionally, especially important to me when I must make an urgent request. I can always count on her to come through for us.
