Heavy Equipment Compound Break In

I am writing to thank the Surrey RCMP, their 911 Operators and your Sonitrol monitoring staff for their outstanding teamwork in apprehending the thief who broke into our storage yard on January 1st! Your monitoring staff detected this thief as he climbed our fence and went into our yard. They stayed on the line with the 911 Operators for the few minutes it took the the attending officers to get to our site. This thief was arrested without incident; with no loss of product on our end! The RCMP advised that this individual already had warrants out for his arrest; so catching him and getting him off the streets will make Port Kells a more secure environment for all.

The fact that the RCMP were on the scene in less than 5 minutes making this arrest shows how well Sonitrol and the RCMP work together.
