During a 6 month period in 2008, we experienced 9 B&E's into our Showroom and Warehouse at our Flagship Coquitlam store. The responding RCMP member suggested we give Sonitrol a call, as you had some great technology that could actually detect burglars PRIOR to them even gaining entry into our building. Now six years later with our building completely secure; thieves came back this summer and began attacking our vehicles at our loading bays.. After having one of our fully loaded 5 ton trucks stolen, we called Sonitrol back and installed SonaVision Live Monitored Video. Just after 2:30 AM this morning, a thief entered our loading bay area and was instantly detected by your monitoring staff. The Coquitlam RCMP were on their way immediately and apprehended this thief without any loss or damage to us.
